Rustici alle nocciole al gorgonzola

Ingredients for 2 portions:

200g Rustici alle nocciole - Hazelnut pasta (Pasta Fanelli)
2dl Cooking cream (Chef)
170g Gorgonzola cheese
Hazelnuts for decoration *optional

This pasta recipe is very easy and fast to make. While you are boiling pasta you can start with making the sauce. Pour the cooking cream in a pan and let warm up. No need to put oil because cream is already fat. Before the cream starts boiling add the Gorgonzola cheese in small pieces and let them melt by stirring once in a while. Keep the sauce warm while pasta is boiling.
When pasta is almost ready (when is still missing 1 or 2 minutes of cooking time), drain and add it to the sauce together with a splash of cooking water. Mix constantly on medium heat until you get your desired thickness of the sauce (usually couple of minutes). You are ready to serve! Decorate with chopped hazelnuts.
