Italian fish soup


  • 1 onion
  • 1 jar pealed tomatoes
  • Chili powder or flakes
  • shrimps
  • clams
  • mussels
  • squid slices
  • fresh fish (of your choice)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Ciabatta bread or a bread with crispy crust

Fry the chopped onion in a pot with some olive oil. Add shrimps and fry some more. Add pealed tomatoes and crush them a little bit with a fork. Add clams, mussels, squid slices and fresh fish then cover with water. Add a bit of salt and the chili powder. Let cook for about 15 minutes. Add parsley at the end. In the meanwhile slice the bread and toast the slices. Serve the soup in a deep plate with the toasted bread.
