Salsa tonnata is used typically for Vitello tonnato dish (roast beef). You can use it also in sandwiches, with eggs and with vegetables.
Ingredients: sunflower oil, tuna 11,5%, fresh pasteurized eggs with 9.3% fresh pasteurized egg yolk, wine vinegar, salt, 1.2% capers, anchovy paste, sugar, lemon juice, flavorings, acidity regulator: lactic acid, thickener: gum xanthan. It may contain mustard and celery. Keep in a cold and dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within a month.
